In an age China was ruled by countless virtually independent states, a man named Kong Qiu was born. After being a politician in his native state of Lu for several years,, Kong Qiu's career crash ended. Than at the age of 55, he decided to set up a journal in attempt to fulfill his political ambition in other states. However, his believe a state should be ruled by benevolence and the rulers of so many states only believed in absolute power. At the age of 68, achieved nothing in politics, he returned to Lu and began writing and teaching. He was later called Kong Zi, or Kong Fu Zi, which literally means "Kong the Great Master". In the west, he was called Confucius, which is derived from "Kong Fu Zi".

In W Kingdom, the young prince, who only enjoys travelling is punished by the king to travel to the bottom of the sea with the Corpus Juris, the book of the kingdom's criminal law. However, upon passing to the hands of the prince, the book turns to a pile of blank paper. Each time when someone committed a crime, the prince has to correctly identify the accusation, to let the book reveal the writing...

This is the first of four law educational animations targeted at children, with endorsement from the Chinese Supreme Court.
